Duties and responsibilities of the position:

- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, risk assessment, and aligning engineering deliverables with project
goals.
- Helping in developing work plans and monitor its implementation since project start-up.
- Develop schedules, considering relevant project milestones and deadlines
- Request quotes to suppliers and subcontractors and prepare pricing evaluations
- Helping in coordination of surveyors onsite
- Support with Permits and Licenses approvals
- Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, setting priorities to meet deadlines and project milestones
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and to present information clearly
- Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form
- Willingness to contribute actively in team activities, sharing experiences and ideas

The location of this position is in Australia.

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competences:

- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years’ experience in Civil Construction or not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer background including Microsoft Office package and MS Project (Primavera P6 is a plus)
