The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role involves administrative support, coordination between teams, and ensuring compliance with industry and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee general office operations and administrative functions.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate project and employee records, including timesheets and site attendance.
- Assist with HR duties, including onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining personnel files.
- Support financial tasks such as invoicing, expenses, petty cash, and payroll preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and GDPR requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and internal communications.
- Support project managers with documentation, procurement, and reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and tender documents when needed.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in office administration.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and construction terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Irish employment law and health & safety regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Safe Pass or CIF site safety awareness certification.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
