As a Community Benefits Manager, you’ll be at the heart of an exciting infrastructure project in Dublin, based at an airport. Join our dynamic team and make a difference!
The Community Benefits Manager will support our office and site teams. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, from document control to liaising with project team, suppliers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Community Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local residents, community groups, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
- Organise and lead community consultations, site visits, and open days.
- Serve as a key point of contact for community queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Social Value Delivery
- Design and implement community benefit plans in line with national and local policies, such as the National Planning Framework and Project Ireland 2040.
- Deliver targeted programmes including local employment, apprenticeships, training, and SME engagement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to social value and community benefit outcomes.
- Collaboration & Partnership Building
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers to promote local procurement and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Develop partnerships with local charities, schools, and skills organisations to maximise community investment.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress and prepare reports on community benefits for internal stakeholders and external partners, including local authorities and public sector clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant social, environmental, and corporate responsibility requirements
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Bachelor’s Degree in fields like Social Sciences, Public Policy, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Communications, Community Development or any related area.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience.
- Proven experience in a community engagement, social value, or stakeholder management role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of Irish public sector procurement, community benefit clauses, and ESG practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaborative relationships.
- Knowledge of social value reporting tools (e.g., TOMs Framework, Social Value Portal) is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant Irish policy and legislation.
- Full driving licence
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
