Duties and responsibilities of the position:

• Management and administration of civil engineering project bids, coordinating, where appropriate, the team and departments assigned to the bid.

• Study of technical and commercial specifications, participation in bid strategy and organisation, management of clarifications with the client, site visit reports, negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors, review of measurements and volumes, coordination and supervision of engineering.

• Preparation of construction planning. Preparation of cost estimates, cash flow, basic execution schedules, organisational charts, histograms, etc. Coordination of the administrative bid. Preparation of financial statements for presentation to management.

• Project risk analysis and participation in contract negotiations with the client.

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competences:

• University degree in Engineering.

• At least 2 years' experience in preparing bids or managing civil engineering projects.

• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals and participating in negotiations with partners and clients.

• Experience in construction, preferably in English-speaking countries, is highly valued.
