As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of an exciting new West Apron Vehicle Underpass project at Dublin Airport. Join our dynamic team and make a difference!
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be a point of contact for Accounts Payable function. They will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the departmental goals are achieved. This includes accurate and timely transactional finance and internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities include:
Maintain accounts payable records on company ERP system (Coins).
Reconcile Supplier Statements.
Support in supplier payments.
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues.
Liase with the procurement team to ensuring all invoice inaccuracies are dealt with.
Fulfil ad-hoc duties.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Build good working relationships across the project.
Work closely with other departments on process improvements.
Essential criteria:
Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland
Willingness to complete a 5-year background screening as part of the hiring process
Minimum of 2-year Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing environment.
2 years’ Experience working with an ERP
Experience working with Coins (ERP)
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to work at a high level of accuracy.
Ability to multi-task and be well organized.
Good report writing skills – clear, concise, and well structured.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to relate well to others, and build co-operative and collaborative working relationships, both internally and externally.
Ability to coordinate with other departments and externally relating to flag issues.
A focus on ‘delivery’ to an agreed schedule.
Ability to complete a package of work under guidance and work independently
Desirable criteria:
Knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
