As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of an exciting infrastructure project in Dublin, based at an airport. Join our dynamic team and make a difference!
The Administrative Assistant will support our office and site teams. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, from document control to liaising with project team, suppliers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative support to office and project teams.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, invoices, and other documentation.
- Maintain and update company records, project files, and databases.
- Assist in procurement processes, including supplier communication and order tracking.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and organise travel and accommodation as required.
- Support with health and safety documentation and compliance records.
- Help coordinate timesheets, payroll documentation, and HR-related paperwork.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities as required.
- Ad hoc duties to support project management team.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role, ideally within construction or related sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and document management is a plus.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in the Irish construction industry.
- Working knowledge of project management software or CRM systems.
- Full driving licence.
