Main responsibilities of the role:

• Planning and execution of the maintenance plan.

• Management of the maintenance team.

• Compliance with the country's legal regulations.

• Oversight of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

• Development of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

We are looking for a profile with the following qualifications and competencies:

• Vocational Training or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in electricity, electronics, or mechanics.

• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.

• Experience in desalination maintenance or water treatment will be highly valued.

• Proficiency in French.

• International geographic mobility.
