Main responsibilities of the role:

• Responsible for the direct oversight of field activities, coordinating both in‑house and subcontracted personnel and ensuring the correct execution of operational and maintenance tasks in accordance with established procedures.

• Ensuring strict compliance with Health and Safety (H&S) regulations, monitoring work permits, proper use of PPE, and implementation of safety plans, while reporting any deviations or risks to the Plant Manager.

We are looking for a profile with the following qualifications and competencies:

• Fieldwork experience, construction-site activities, and maintenance supervision as well as experience in Health and Safety will be considered an asset.

• Teamwork skills, effective communication, and active listening are also valued.

•International geographical mobility.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency in French.
• A vocational training qualification (FP) or a degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering is preferred.
