Site Mechanical and Piping Quality Inspector

As part of the team, we are seeking a Site Mechanical and Piping Quality Inspector to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Performance in reviewing the quality documentation of main contractor/subcontractors from various disciplines such as: civil works execution, structures and building construction, mechanical assembly and piping, electricity and instrumentation from its planning to pre-commissioning.
Review and approval of Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and testing procedures, as well as test and inspection reports and certificates and quality dossiers of contractors as part of the contract requirements, ensuring that they are properly issued and completed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Mechanical and Piping Quality Assurance, Supervision, and Inspection on-site for at least ten (10-15) years, with experience with international clients and projects (especially in EPC/EPCM).
Experienced in quality supervision as part of a Construction Supervision team with an execution strategy subcontracted by the Client. This requires proactive work with ELENGY contractors to initiate the forecasting, analysis, and resolution of identified quality issues.
Experience with LNG projects (a plus if you have experience working on projects in France)
Knowledge and application of applicable national (French), European (EN), and international regulations and codes (experience with ASME codes).
Experience managing Pressure Equipment dossiers in accordance with the PED and ATEX directives.
Valuable IWE, CSWIP or similar qualifications related to inspection and testing (e.g.: NDT, minimum level II).
Ideally, he should already have health and safety certifications (MASE N2 or equivalent VCA-VOL)
Ability to supervise/inspect construction execution activities in the field by conducting regular in-process inspections, according to approved inspection plans, personally or by coordinating a team of on-site quality inspectors.
Ability to communicate effectively with various parties including, but not limited to, Project Management, client representatives, Construction Management (to which they will report directly), supervisors (peers), quality inspectors (under their supervision), contractor, third parties, and other stakeholders.
