As part of our growing team in France, we are looking for a Senior LNG Commissioning professional with recent hands-on experience leading commissioning and start-up activities for LNG terminals, regasification facilities, FSRUs, cryogenic plants or major gas infrastructure projects. Strong leadership, client-facing capabilities and proven ability to deliver commissioning programs safely, on schedule and through final handover.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the commissioning strategy, managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams, coordinating with the Client (Elengy), and ensuring the safe and timely transition of systems from construction completion to operational readiness.

• Develop and manage the Commissioning Execution Plan, strategy, schedule and resources.

• Lead all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities through RFU.

• Manage a multidisciplinary team covering Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls and Automation disciplines.

• Coordinate commissioning activities with Construction, Engineering, Turnover, HSE, Vendors and Client teams.

• Oversee development and execution of commissioning procedures, test protocols and system acceptance activities.

• Act as the primary interface with the Client's Commissioning and Operations teams.

• Manage punch lists, commissioning deficiencies and handover activities.

• Ensure compliance with LNG terminal safety requirements, PTW, LOTO, SIMOPS and commissioning HSE procedures.

• Monitor progress and provide regular reporting on commissioning performance, risks and milestones. • Support operational readiness and operator training activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

• Experience • Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Energy or Industrial Projects.

• Minimum 10 years in Commissioning Leadership roles.

• Previous experience as Commissioning Manager on large EPC projects.

• Proven track record managing pre-commissioning and commissioning through RFU.

• Strong experience in LNG terminals, regasification facilities, liquefaction plants, cryogenic facilities or gas infrastructure projects.

• Fluent in English is mandatory.

• French: highly desirable.
